The Renovation consisted of new stud work partition walls throughout with soundproof insulation fitted and all associating works were undertaken electrics etc, new bathroom with under floor heating, new sliding mirrored wardrobes were fit to two bedrooms, new stone fire surround, hearth and gas fire installed.
Velux window to kitchen, folding roof ladders to loft. Property was fully decorated throughout. New French doors were also installed to existing property replacing a window. New boiler with full central heating was installed
An extension was also erected at the property
