Conversion of stone barn, internally it had to be stripped back, original beams where possible salvaged, new slate roof fit, new stud walls installed and doors fit, replacement of all windows and front door, new openings made for extra bespoke windows, dormer windows and french doors. All electrics and plumbing. Decorating. Re pointing outside and feature walls inside. Groundwork's: the back of the property had to levelled off with removal of approx 400 tons of earth. Patio area to garden and a large pond has been dug out and decking steps formed leading to new parking area and land with new stone wall surrounding
